I was pleasantly surprised by the factory seasoning on this. It looked better than I expected right out of the box, and I was able to cook eggs on it the first time without any trouble. I’ll still probably build up the seasoning more over time, but it was a solid start.

So, overall, the skillet works fine and heats up pretty much like I expected it to, but, yeah, the fit and finish just aren’t amazing. The edges felt a little rough in a few spots, and the seasoning looked kind of uneven here and there. It’s not broken or anything, and it’s definitely usable, but for the price I was sort of expecting it to look a bit cleaner. I’m still going to keep it, but i’m not super impressed.

This pan has been heating really evenly for me so far. I haven’t noticed any weird cold spots, which makes a bigger difference than I expected, it just takes some of the guesswork out of cooking and makes the whole process feel a little smoother

My order was mostly right, as far as I could tell. One pan was missing, but everything else seemed to be correct.

I’ll admit, I keep looking around for something newer, but I always end up trusting them. They’ve been around forever, they still do a good job

The box arrived clean and didn’t have any dents, so no complaints there. I was relieved because I never really trust customer service to be helpful if something shows up damaged, but luckily I didn’t have to deal with them.

I’ve been happy with this pan. It stays hot way longer than I expected, and the heat feels nice and even while cooking. Food comes out consistently, and overall it just feels like a solid pan to use

Went in looking for a few different pan sizes. Wasn't sure they'd have them all, but they did. Lots to choose from. Easy to find what I needed

I picked up a Lodge cast iron pan and, to be fair, it does cook well once you figure out how it likes to be used. The instructions were straightforward enough: hand wash it, dry it right away, and rub on a little oil.

That said, I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the fuss for everyday cooking. After dinner, the last thing I really want is another little routine, and if I leave it damp for even a bit, those tiny rust spots show up fast.

So yeah, it’s a solid pan and I can see why people like it, but I’m not sure I’d call it easy or low maintenance. Good if you’re willing to baby it a little, but only 3 stars from me.

I bought this Lodge pan mainly because it’s made in the USA, and it’s pretty much what I was expecting in a good way. It feels heavy and solid, and after using it a few times, it cooks really nicely. Shipping was smooth too. The only thing that took a bit of adjustment was figuring out the cleaning routine, but that’s kind of expected with cast iron. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad I went with this one

I had a small issue with my pan, so I reached out to Lodge about the warranty, expecting the usual annoying back-and-forth. But they got back to me quickly and made the return super easy. No runaround, no weird questions, no making me jump through a bunch of hoops for no reason. It was actually refreshing for once. Really happy with how they handled it.

I got the 12-inch skillet it passes my simple test: if it fits 4 burgers without crowding, it’s the right size. This one does that easily and it’s still not a pain to lift or move around. Happy with it so far.

The site gets the job done, but I was expecting it to be a lot easier to use. Some things took me longer to find than I thought they would, and the whole experience felt a bit clunky. It’s not terrible, just not as straightforward as I hoped

I bought my Lodge skillet a few years ago, it’s become one of those pans I just automatically reach for. It reminds me a bit of the cast iron my mom always used growing up — nothing fancy, just dependable. I use it constantly, and I’m not always super gentle with it, but it’s still solid. No warping, no strange issues, and it actually seems to get better the more I cook with it. Really glad I picked this one up.

The stock looked solid, I picked exactly what I needed, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting or guessing. Ordering was super straightforward and nothing went wrong at all. This pan definitely has some weight to it!! It feels really solid and well-made, but it’s not awkward or annoying to move around at all... The handle is easy to grip, and I can lift and maneuver it without any trouble. i’m really happy with it so far!!!

The pan cooks well enough, so I wanted to like it, but cleaning it has been way more annoying than I expected. If I’m not super careful, food sticks, and then the whole drying and oiling routine starts to feel like a chore fast. It’s not a terrible pan, but for the amount of upkeep it needs, I’m getting frustrated. If it keeps being this much work, I’ll probably have to reach out to support or look into returning it.

I picked up a Lodge skillet from the site and I’m really pleased with it. It feels sturdy, cooks evenly, and the price was totally reasonable. Shipping went smoothly too, which was a nice bonus. I’ve already used it quite a few times, and it still looks almost brand new. Definitely feels like a solid buy

It took a few uses and some seasoning before it really started to perform, but now eggs slide around well. It’s not totally perfect, but for everyday cooking I’m happy with it overall.

I was expecting this to take a while, but based on the updates they sent, it seemed like they were on top of it. My pan showed up in just two days, which was a nice surprise.
